Richard Jones wins Britain's Got Talent 10th year final

Soldier Richard Jones entered the show in the second week of the auditions as a magician and instantly wowed the judges, especially Amanda, with his outstanding magic tricks. Richard managed to conjure himself up four yeses from the judges.

Tonight Richard made it to the Britain’s Got Talent final alongside Mel and Jamie, Wayne Woodward, Alex Magala, Richard Jones, Boogie Storm, Beau Dermott, Balance Unity, Craig Ball and Jasmine Elcock.

Trip Hazard were also revealed as the public Wild Card vote and Shannon and Peter were picked as the judges Wild Card vote, meaning both acts were also put through to the finals.

For Richard’s final act tonight, he brought on stage a 97 year old former prisoner of war, Fergus Anckorn, , which warmed the hearts of the judges and the viewers.

Richard made it to the top three alongside Wayne Woodward and Boogie Storm in tonights final.

Richard was one of the Bookies favourite to win first place.

He beat out singing act Wayne Woodward, who placed second, in the final.

Richard makes history as the first ever magician to win Britain’s Got Talent.
